Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the chicken cubes in a large bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese (if using). Toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between the pieces. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Transfer the chicken bites to a serving plate. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with ranch, honey mustard, barbecue sauce, buffalo sauce, garlic aioli, or your favorite dipping sauce.
