Ingredients

  • French baguette or Italian bread loaf
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional
  • Extra chopped parsley for garnish
  • Extra grated Parmesan for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Slice the bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Place the bread halves into the air fryer basket with the buttered side facing up. Air fry for 5–7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
  • Carefully remove the garlic bread and let it cool for 1 minute.
  • Slice into serving pieces.
  • Sprinkle with additional parsley and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  • Serve immediately while warm with pasta, soup, salad, or your favorite main dish
