Ingredients

  • 4 ripe but firm peaches halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the peaches, cut them in half, and remove the pits.
  • Lightly brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat (375–400°F) and lightly oil the grates if needed.
  • Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 4–5 minutes until grill marks appear. Flip and grill the skin side for another 2–3 minutes until tender.
  • Transfer the grilled peaches to a serving plate. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, whipped cream, chopped nuts, or fresh mint, if desired.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches so they hold their shape.
  • Nectarines work as a great substitute.
  • Brown sugar can be sprinkled on before grilling for extra caramelization.
  • Best served immediately while warm.
  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
