Instructions
Prepare and knead the dough, then let it rise until doubled.
Roll out the dough and spread with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
Roll tightly, slice into 12 rolls, and let rise again.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 22–28 minutes.
Frost while warm and serve.
Notes
Use fresh yeast for the best rise.
Don't overbake to maintain a soft, fluffy texture.
Frost the rolls while they're still warm so the icing melts into every swirl.
