  • teaspoons active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup melted butter
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Filling
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • Frosting
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • Prepare and knead the dough, then let it rise until doubled.
  • Roll out the dough and spread with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  • Roll tightly, slice into 12 rolls, and let rise again.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 22–28 minutes.
  • Frost while warm and serve.
