- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup pizza sauce plus more for dipping
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 pepperoni slices
- ½ cup cooked Italian sausage crumbled
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Ranch dressing optional, for serving
Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds until soft and flexible.
Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center of each tortilla.
Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, cooked sausage, olives, bell pepper, onion, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Fold in both sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it into a burrito.
Brush each burrito lightly with melted butter.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the warm burritos immediately after cooking.
