- 20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion diced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
Brown ground beef with onion, then stir in garlic.
Add marinara sauce and seasonings; simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir cooked tortellini into the meat sauce.
